Known
You are fully known by God—your story, your pain, your past, and your heart—and still deeply loved.
“O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.”Psalm 139:1 · KJV
The heart behind the ministry
I am a woman of faith, a survivor, and a life made new by the grace of Jesus Christ.
“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”Psalm 147:3 · KJV
My story includes childhood abuse, addiction, broken relationships, and seasons when I believed too much had been lost. For years, I carried fear, shame, and pain that I did not know how to face.
But my story did not end there. Through the Word of God, honest surrender, safe people, and Celebrate Recovery, I began learning that healing is possible. God helped me rebuild my life and my relationships with my children. He showed me that my past could become a bridge to someone else who still believes she is trapped.
I do not share my testimony to keep anyone focused on the darkness. I share it to point toward the Light. Jesus Christ met me in broken places, taught me how to walk in freedom, and gave purpose to a life I once thought was beyond repair.
What I know now
I was abused, but I am not abuse. I was addicted, but I am not addiction. I was broken, but broken is not my name.
I am known by God, being healed by His grace, and restored for His purpose.
Why this ministry exists
I created Known, Healed, and Restored for people who are growing in faith, seeking healing, overcoming addiction, surviving trauma, or simply longing to know God more deeply.
Here you will find prayer, King James Version Bible studies, daily encouragement, and honest testimony. My prayer is that every person who visits will know this: your life is not over. You can be known without being shamed, healed without pretending, and restored without returning to who you were before.

KHR stands for Known, Healed, and Restored.
You are fully known by God—your story, your pain, your past, and your heart—and still deeply loved.
“O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.”Psalm 139:1 · KJV
God meets us in our broken places. Healing may be physical, emotional, spiritual, or something He walks us through one day at a time.
“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”Psalm 147:3 · KJV
God is able to restore what has been broken, lost, stolen, or damaged and bring new purpose from our story.
“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten...”Joel 2:25 · KJV
Known, Healed, and Restored is a reminder that your past does not have the final word.
You can be known without being rejected, healed without hiding your scars, and restored without pretending the brokenness never happened.
God sees you. God knows you. God can heal you. God can restore you.
“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.”Psalm 103:2–3 · KJV
A word from my heart
